The sharing feature allows you to securely and efficiently share experts and knowledge databases within your tenant. This feature is an important part of our platform as it promotes collaboration and facilitates access to relevant information.

What Can Be Shared?

• Experts: The experts feature enables you to create and use customized AI assistants for specific use cases. Through sharing, many people within your organization can benefit from them.
• Knowledge Databases: With knowledge databases, you can make internal knowledge from your organization accessible to Alan. Through sharing, you can provide broader access to important information.

What Type of Access Is Granted?

Users with whom experts or knowledge databases are shared receive either read or write permissions.

With read access (use), you ensure that your colleagues can benefit from the shared content, but that the content remains unchanged and data integrity is maintained.

With write access (edit), your colleagues can also edit the shared content, allowing you to jointly optimize the expert or knowledge database.
